Where are your products made?
We work with independent makers and suppliers who value quality, sustainability, and thoughtful production. Many of our products are made in the UK or Europe, and we always aim to be transparent about where and how each item is made. You’ll find specific details on individual product pages.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We use minimal, environmentally conscious packaging and avoid unnecessary plastic. Wherever we can, packaging is recyclable or reused, keeping things simple and considered.
Can I send items as a gift?
Absolutely. Many of our products are perfect for gifting, whether it’s a birthday present or a thoughtful gesture. Prices are never included in the parcel, and our packaging is designed to feel calm and intentional. We can even wrap the gift for you for a small fee - just email us at hello@papergoods.co.uk and we'll be more that happy to accommodate.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within the UK. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — join our mailing list to be the first to know when this changes.
What is your returns policy?
If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to help. Full details can be found on our Returns page.
