Refund policy
1. Overview
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
2. Return Window
You must notify us of a return within 14 working days from the day you receive your item.
3. Eligibility
- Items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and with all packaging intact).
- Sale items are returnable unless otherwise stated.
- If an item is damaged or faulty, we’ll replace or refund it once we receive photographic or physical proof.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@papergoods.co.uk with:
- Your name and contact details
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for return
We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
5. Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service so you have proof of posting.
6. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving your returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges are available, once we’ve received the original item, we’ll send your replacement.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
- If we ask you to return the item, we’ll cover return shipping.
