Refund policy

1. Overview
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

2. Return Window
You must notify us of a return within 14 working days from the day you receive your item.

3. Eligibility

  • Items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and with all packaging intact).
  • Sale items are returnable unless otherwise stated.
  • If an item is damaged or faulty, we’ll replace or refund it once we receive photographic or physical proof.

4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@papergoods.co.uk with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for return

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

5. Return Shipping

  • The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service so you have proof of posting.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving your returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are available, once we’ve received the original item, we’ll send your replacement.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • If we ask you to return the item, we’ll cover return shipping.
