Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is charged as a flat fee of £2.50 at checkout, no matter the size of your order. All items are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days.

If you need your order sooner, please email us at hello@papergoods.co.uk and we’ll do our best to arrange an alternative delivery option for an additional fee.

3. Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.

4. Delayed or Lost Parcels
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but occasionally delays may occur with couriers. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@papergoods.co.uk so we can investigate.
